My name is Michelle. I made a huge decision recently to take a year off from my high-stress job and to spend more time focused on my health and family before my teenagers leave home for university.
One of my goals is to improve our eating habits. I want to learn to cook a wider variety of meals. I want my family to eat more healthy and natural foods. I want to reduce sugar, processed foods, and preservatives in my family’s diet.
I suffer from asthma, eczema, and migraines. My teenage son suffers from asthma and nut allergies. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and a peanut allergy. Healthy eating might just improve some of these issues.
